How do I know a company can handle a floor this size?
Describe the square footage and racking up front, and ask what extraction and drying equipment they would bring and how many people.
Will operations have to stop entirely?
Usually only the wet zones go offline. Tell the crew which aisles and docks must stay open.
Will the dock and loading areas be blocked by equipment?
Tell the crew which doors and aisles must stay clear; equipment placement can usually be planned around them.
Could the bill include fans sitting in already-dry zones?
Ask for readings by zone. As areas dry, equipment should move or come out.
Will the documentation support a business-interruption claim?
Ask for photos, moisture records, and work records; your insurer decides coverage.
